Organize a team of 8 guns to come Pheasant and Partridge shooting in Northumberland. Longwitton shoot is under the same managment as Otterburn Tower Hotel. This commercial shoot covers 2000 acres of woods, grassland and arable fields. Dennis Stevenson is head keeper and has a lifetime of experience presenting the finest birds from this rolling Northumbrian shooting estate. Days of between 125 birds and 250 birds are available for this coming season. |

Two day break at the Otterburn Tower hotel where you can learn to shoot clay targets.
Arrive at the Otterburn Tower in time for lunch and to start your first lesson under experienced instruction at Otterburn Sporting Clays. Learn how to handle the gun, find the target and practise your new found skills. Back to the hotel to dinner. The chefs at the Otterburn Tower use only the finest of local produce - often from the owners farm. The dining room goes back to the 16th century with its oak panelling and stained glass windows. Your room will be unique as the Tower itself dates back to a cousin of William the Conqueror. Next day breakfast at your leisure before your next lesson begins. this morning will end with a clay target competition so you can see how much you have improoved your skills. Lunch at the Tower followed by an afternoon at leisure - and so to dinner.

Quad Bike Safari
based on a nearby hill farm you first learn how to operate a quad bike with a lesson and a trial run. then, when you are feeling confident, its off over the fells to see the wildlife and history of this outstanding area. Only £25.00 per hour per person.

visiting our local Church at midnight then it is back to the hotel for mulled wine and mince pies! served for you between 8.30am and 10.00am – don’t eat too much as

After lunch Santa will arrive with gifts for all, then you may enjoy a stroll

Boxing Day is full of excitement with the local hunt meeting in the village - a tradition that has gone on for hundreds of years. If you would like an organised walk we have a local guide to take you around the Otterburn Trail - about an hours walk ending at our local stud farm. Back to the Hotel where a lunch is served in the Restaurant.
Our fully inclusive price is £275.00 per person.
