Our restaurant prides itself on using locally sourced, seasonal produce; the beef
and lamb are sourced from the owner's nearby farm at Longwitton, the eggs free range from
Kearsley and the bread baked here in our own kitchens. All our menus change on a weekly basis,
at the time of your conference the current menu will be sent to you along with a pre order
form.
